Have I been too hasty?

I have already been placing orders for Christmas gifts and it's not even December yet.

My intention is to spread out the shopping so that the whole experience stays enjoyable without the pressure getting to me.

But I am already feeling buyer's remorse from the first order .

This Sterling Silver Cut-out Cross Ring is meant for Marcus. Cross related gifts to Christians are so obvious but at the same time so cliche.

Now I wished I had been more creative rather than being obvious.

I can now only hope that the ring turned out fine and Marcus likes it 

Having a purple ring handmade for Jenny will be the perfect Christmas gift.

Jenny is such a purple freak and getting even more so over time. I might as well get all gifts for her in purple.

As a creative, artistic person, Jenny appreciates handmade stuffs. As far as I can see, more and more of the jewelry she wears are of the handcrafted variety.

It is just too bad that this website is still building and may not be in time for an order for Christmas.

I have been asking around in shops and surfing the net for something similar but had no luck so far.

So I may get another purple gift for Jenny and one of these handmade purple ring for her birthday instead.

I'll give myself until three weeks before Christmas to hunt for a handmade purple ring.

Went back to read this web page about purple jewelry and got shaken a little.

Does a person's favorite color has anything to with that person's personaility?

Does a person like a particular color due to her disposition? Or does liking a color tend to color a person's perspective such that a person behaves in ways that align with that color?

Uncanny. I say that as reading that purple jewelry page is like reading about Jenny, who is so in love with purple.

Two particular qualities stand out here;

• Jenny has a certain air of royalty, we have always joked that she is a lost princess of some sort

 One more thing, purple is the combination of red which is passionate and blue which is moody. And Jenny seems to alternate wildly between being passionate and moody.

Jenny likes purple and I have bought purple jewelry for her a number of times already.

So far so good. I know she likes them because she wears them and more than once. That is a good way to know if somebody likes your gifts.

I remembered Jenny wearing a purple necklace like this way but with smaller beads and I don't think they are amethyst.

The amethyst beads are 15 x 25mm in size and there are white crystal beads among them. Being 16 inches in length, this necklace is about the right length. 

This necklace should be a good candidate as a gift for Jenny. The only thing I may have second thoughts is she already has something similar though this one is probably better.

Seeing so many colors all at once is exciting.

Red is an exciting color and it's good there are enough blue to calm the intensity down in this necklace.

What seems to me is that the beads used are mainly seed beads together with perhaps mineral stones and crystals.

This artwork transforms the riches of basic beads into an intricate mosaic of colors and textures. 

What I am interested to know is how are the beads held down and held together. They seem to be glued in a cavity of metal platform.

It will be great if more tone variation and neutral colors were introduced. 

I was looking for ideas in the area of black jewellery for little black dress .

It was just 2 weeks ago that I bought Carline a real sassy black little thing and she put it on at the pub the other day and I got a feeling that something's missing.

... accessories.

Not that she did not have jewellery on but they didn't go well with the dress I got her. Not in my opinion anyway.

If I could find some nice black jewellery for that little black dress I got her, that will be perfect for Christmas.
